BECOMING REAL // LIKE ME [VIDEO]

We’ve been championing this one for a while now - quite incredible abstract Eski stylings from Becoming Real with Trim on the mic. Their upcoming 12” sees both on firey form, Trim working his usual laconic, perversely humorous side (“We’ve got nothing in common/She had hayfever/So I made her smoke pollen”) while Becoming Real sets off melodic fireworks in the background. ‘Showdown In Chinatown’ on the flip is equally impressive, seeing Trim heading off along more contemplative pathways, aligned with his Dusk & Blackdown collaboration ‘The Bits’.

The only audio available for a while has been the radio rip, so this week’s video for ‘Like Me’ is a welcome arrival.

The Spectre EP is due out on 15th November on Not Even.
